Powerful tannins and elegance make this wine an ideal companion for meat, cheese and any truffle dish. Champs de la Truffière is the highlight of our production and originates from the truffles that can be found around the vines. This assembly of syrah and cabernet-sauvignon with a dark red robe, slightly iridescent, with profound truffle aromas mixed with garrigue, cassis and wild berries, is round and sappy. It reminds of the hermitage or médoc characteristics.
