Champs de la Truffière is the highlight of our production and originates from the truffles that can be found around the vines. This assembly of syrah and cabernet-sauvignon with a dark red robe, slightly iridescent, with profound truffle aromas mixed with garrigue, cassis and wild berries, is round and sappy. It reminds of the hermitage or médoc characteristics.
